Scheduling an appointment
Our wish is for you to feel at home at our clinic, and for you to leave satisfied with our services. This is one of the reasons why we have a scheduling system in place, with which we can make sure that patients do not have to wait too long to be seen by our doctors. By using a reservation system, we can also make sure that we have enough time to see each patient for an adequate time period, based on the condition, or treatment they require. If your pet requires seeing a specialist, or needs to undergo surgery, then an appointment is absolutely necessary. Of course, patients which require emergency surgery, have priority, and do not need to schedule an appointment.
Your appointment time is for reference only & subject to change.
We always try to keep to our schedule, so you will be invited into an exam room as soon as we are done with the previous patient. However, in the event of an emergency patient (trauma, hit by car, open fractures, massive blood loss, animals in shock, respiratory/cardiac distress) these patients always have priority and you may experience a slight delay. We apologize in advance if this occurs.
The order of patients is determined by the doctor.
Notice:
During the night shift, there is only one doctor and one veterinary assistant on duty. Due to this, they are unable to take care of multiple emergency cases at once, as well as oversee our hospitalized patients.
We highly recommend that you call, and alert us in advance, prior to bringing in an emergency patient.
